Fabric lamination allows you to encase a wide range of fabrics between two layers of protective glass. When normal woven cloth, delicately crafted textiles, or printed materials are mixed with the structural strength and practicality of glass, their beauty, color, and texture are safeguarded. The method allows for a wide range of uses, including screens, partitions, and cladding, making it a perfect product for structural, acoustic, and decorative applications. Laminated glass is made up of two or more layers of glass that are heat and pressure bonded together with an interlayer. Other materials, such as colored interlayers, textiles, metal meshes, and digital prints, can be added to this PVB or EVA interlayer providing a wide range of options. To further enhance the design, laminate can be coupled with various decorative glass products and finishes such as kiln forming, sandblasting, and color coating.
